Food evaporated salt extra "Polesie" is produced by chemical cleaning and evaporating the brine extracted from the wells. It is characterized by high chemical purity (NaCl content of not less than 99.8%).

Variety "Extra" differs pure white color and fine crushing (easily poured from a salt cellar).
