Description

It is a mixture of extra vacuum salt and sodium nitrite. Instead of sodium nitrite and sodium chloride salting nitrite mixture is used in the production of smoked meats, sausages and ham, and other meat products.

Designed for the formation and stabilization of a pink-red color and a salty taste of meat products. It is important to mention that in order to protect the development of botulism and bacteria products are stored in non-refrigerated way.
